WOW!!! What a treat I had Friday…Susie of Susie’s Sweets came by my workshop with SAMPLES of her fabulous cakes! OMG….when I say fabulous, I mean it! The cake above is BUTTERCREAM icing…not fondant, just look at the artistry. I tasted cheesecake and strawberry and chocolate with raspberry filling and the “plain white” cake was unbelievably moist and rich tasting….and I hate plain white cake!
Susie Dennison moved to Middle Tennessee just recently to be closer to her daughters. She was a caterer and baker for over 17 years in West Tennessee….and was extremely well known. She had only planned on baking about 2 cakes a month when she moved here, but to “keep up with codes”, she is now building a large commercial kitchen….and lucky for Nashville and Middle Tennessee brides…she is now going into full production mode with her cakes….yeah!
