This past Saturday, Aug.18th the design team at Branching Out had so much fun working with our bridal couple, Dana and Josh! What a good looking, fun couple they are, which is reflected in the decor colors they chose. The wedding itself was very traditional at Woodmont Christian Church in Green Hills (Nashville), with the bridesmaids dressed in hot coral satin gowns. Floral bouquets were green hydrangea, hot coral roses and green hypericum berries. But boy oh boy did the “traditional” fly out the window when guests arrived at the Musicians’ Hall of Fame, one of the unique venues Nashville has to offer. Below is a sneak peek at the reception decor, with the large display that greeted guests as they walked into the outside courtyard. Dana gave me full reign to do whatever I would like in that space….so for height we went with orange and yellow gladiolas…and the rest just fell into place. (We had a great time going through our extensive supply of containers, etc. trying out different looks to get that WOW factor). The other photo is one of the guest tables with the battery operated “lamps”. Some tables floral designs were uplit from the base, some were yellow wispy oncinium orchids, etc. FUN FUN FUN. The food display was scrumptious (bet it tasted good too), as the catering was supplied by Chef’s Market, who always do a fantastic job. Can’t wait for the photos from Dana and Josh’s photographer…Paul Wharton
